Just like its parent blend, Resting, Jr. helps ease the sometimes overly-stressful days that our littles can be faced with in this fast-paced world. This blend helps them calm down from overstimulation, emotional outbursts, and anxiety. It gives them a tool to clear the mind, soothe impulsiveness, and promote focus.
Resting, Jr. will not act as a sedative and induce sleep (so it can be used at any hour of the day!), but it does promote quality sleep and is a great oil to apply as bedtime approaches.
If you are searching for a soothing, peaceful blend, this is the one!
(And be sure to check out our Resting Blend for you!)

Inhalation:
Not to be used in a diffuser. Use our "grown-up" version, Resting Blend, for this.
Internal:
Although the quality of Selah Oils is excellent, it is not advised to take essential oils internally unless under the guidance of a certified physician who is also certified in aromatherapy. We recommend getting internal dosing instructions from a licensed physician as some essential oils are not recommended for oral consumption. This is in no way a reflection on our oil quality, only a matter of safety and caution with respect to how concentrated essential oils are. When used within safe parameters, and under your physician's care, the quality of our essential oils is such that they can be used internally if deemed appropriate.
However, with that said, it is important to remember the extreme concentration of essential oils. "Using essential oils by rubbing them into the skin or via inhalation is in many cases more effective than oral delivery" (Schnaubelt 96).
All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

Great Oil!
I purchased Resting Jr. Essential Oil Blend for my 16 month old son. He loves putting it on every night before bed and sometimes before nap. He falls asleep immediately and sleeps peacefully through the night.
Perfect oil blend for calming the crazy
I absolutely love this roll on. I've been using it for my 6 month old before naps, bedtime and any other time she has a cranky moment. I can literally see it begin to help her calm down moments after it's rubbed on her. It has a very light, not overpowering scent so I don't worry about it being too strong for her sensitive sinuses. I'm so thankful for this roll on. It really calms down the crazy in our house these days!
Wonderful, especially this time of year!
We have been using this constantly during the overstimulation of the holiday season. It really helps my daughter who is very easily stressed out. She calms down easier when we apply this to her wrists and tummy.
Bed Time Necessity
I put this on my neck, chest and wrists an hour before bed and sleep like a baby. I also love the scent so I carry it with me wherever I go! It is a go-to at any time!
