        Internal:

Although the quality of Selah Oils is excellent, it is not advised to take essential oils internally unless under the guidance of a certified physician who is also certified in aromatherapy. We recommend getting internal dosing instructions from a licensed physician as some essential oils are not recommended for oral consumption. This is in no way a reflection on our oil quality, only a matter of safety and caution with respect to how concentrated essential oils are. When used within safe parameters, and under your physician's care, the quality of our essential oils is such that they can be used internally if deemed appropriate.

However, with that said, it is important to remember the extreme concentration of essential oils. "Using essential oils by rubbing them into the skin or via inhalation is in many cases more effective than oral delivery" (3. p. 96).

All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

        Cautions

        Not for people with epilepsy.

Potentially cartinogenic, based on estragole and methyleugenol content; may inhibit blood clotting.

Should not be used on infants and small children.

        General EO Cautions:

All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion. It is not advised to take essential oils internally unless under the guidance of a licensed physician who is also certified in aromatherapy.

If for any reason you get essential oils in your eyes, put carrier oil along the eyebrows above the eyes and on the cheekbones below the eyes.

Do not put essential oils inside your ear canal.

        Body Balancing Oils

Buying from SELAH Essential Oils is seamless from the ease of shopping and buying to the time I receive my cute little box personally wrapped and sent to me I use many oils for balancing the body and to help to support the immune system. The single oils are all wonderful but I was most recently impressed with Regenerate oil. It smells divine and my clients LOVE IT!! I recommend SELAH Essential Oils to everyone I know.

        Relief for joints and migraines

I decided to try Selah's recipe for Migraine Relief which calls for Basil and Comfort. One day I was having joint pain and I had used Comfort for joint pain but all I had on me was the roll-on with Basil, Comfort and fractionated Coconut Oil. So I tried it for my joints. Works great! For migraines too. I just love the smell of Basil. It is so healing to the mind.

        Awesome for sore throats!

I read this one would help with congestion, cough, and sore throats. We were desperate, so I gave it a try. I diluted some and rub it on the neck area and chest. It helped my boys and me so much!

        Super Mom

I made my own blend that I like to call "Super Mom" to help with anxiety/stress and motivation/focus. In a roll-on bottle full of fractionated cococut oil, I add 2-3 drops each of basil, helichrysum blend, peppermint, juniperberry, frankincense, and sigh. This helps me to be productive and calm :)
